The Report Properties dialog box lets administrative users view and edit the properties of a selected public report. Editing the properties of a report affects only the report record, not the report template file on which the record is based.
From the Tools menu, point to System Administration and then click Report Manager to open the Report Manager dialog box.
Select the report that you want to edit and click Properties to open the Report Properties dialog box.
